You don’t need to farm this route with both Mining and Herbalism. If you only have one of these professions, that’s perfectly fine. However, I do recommend farming it with both Mining and Herbalism unless you’re specifically looking for something in particular; for example, Twilight Jasmine, which you can later mill to create Inks.
