Leveling Shadowlands Alchemy
You should take the racials into consideration while leveling up , Goblins get +15 points thanks to Better Living Through Chemistry and the Kul Tiran get 5+ do Jack of All Trades those extra points can be alot of savings.

If you are already level 60 , you could get the last 5 points from world quests since you aren’t in a hurry of need to spend gold on those 5 points since you can brew almost every new recipe(not locked behind rep).
Alchemy world quest should pop up every few days on your map after lvl 60. finishing them will give you +1 to your profession.
