In order to get the Living seed Sune. You must loot 3 Glade Flowers found throughout Teldrassil. After combining these three flowers into the Glade Crown, you will want to take it to Wooden Effigy In Rut’theran Village located at 67, 57. Once you do this an elite will spawn, kill it and you will get the rune.
Tauren
Similar to the Night elves, collect 3 Prairie flowers to make the crown. Place it on a wooden effigy in Mulgore. You will fight the elite, loot it, and you have the rune.
