Many know that getting the Mount invincible can be a little challenging. However, did you know that very few players in the game have gotten to see this mount to drop? This is because not only do you need to be in a 25-man raid, but the raid needs to be heroic, and it only has a 1% drop chance from the last boss in the raid; Lich King.

You may be asking yourself “How is it even possible to get this mount?” Well, while the game has progressed and made it “easier” to obtain the mount Invincible. Its drop change is still only a 1% drop chance. However, you don’t need to wait for a group anymore, especially a 25-man group.

It can be quite a challenge trying to obtain the invincible mount in World of Warcraft. They say there aren’t any tips or tricks to getting the mount to drop and that it is just pure luck and patience on the weekly lockouts. While others may think there are some tricks you can do to increase your odds of getting the mount.

While none of this is solid information on what’s the easiest way of getting invincible. What is known is that it’s a 1% drop chance, which means 1 out of 100 kills you should see the mount (not guaranteed) that means you may not see the invincible mount drop until you kill the Lich King 200 times. However, it also means you can kill the Lich king for the first time get get lucky with the drop.

How long It May Take To Get The Invincible Mount

Some lucky players have been able to get this mount to drop their first crack at the Lich King. However, there are several players whom it’s even taken them years to obtain and even worse, some who have been trying for years and still haven’t obtained the well-sought-after invincible mount.

What makes this so challenging and irritating to grind?

Well, For those who don’t know, this mount only drops from one enemy in the game, that is the Lich King. The Lich King can only be found in a raid called Ice Crown Citadel. While there’s nothing wrong with that. You must be warned you have to kill all if not most bosses to get to the lich king, which is the last boss of the raid. To make things worse, you get locked out for a week after killing each boss.

After you kill all the trash everything from the last boss you killed won’t spawn back for another week. Reset days are on Tuesdays, so most players sit outside the raid on Alt characters and wait for Tuesday to roll around. Run Ice Crown Citadel, and hope they get the mount on one of their characters.

How Does Running Multiple Characters Help?

Well, it doesn’t increase your odds of getting the Invincible mount. What does happen is you have more chances to try and get the mount running more than one character. If you ran Ice Crown Citadel on one character, let’s say you are bound to get the 100th Lich King kill. It would take you 100 weeks just to get the mount.

To put that in perspective, it would take you just over 2 years of farming for this mount! If you farmed Ice Crown Citadel with 10 characters, killing the Lich King with each of them. It would only take you 10 weeks to get the mount… All in all, the best way to get the mount is just by running on multiple characters and getting lucky
