WotLK Classic Alchemy Leveling Guide How To Get 1-450

This WotLK Classic Alchemy Leveling guide will show you the fastest way to level your Alchemy skill up from 1 to 450 in Wrath of the Lich King Classic. 

Approximate Materials Required

In this guide, you will be making a lot of yellow-labeled recipes which means you won’t get a skill point for every time you use the recipe. 10-20 extra herbs were added to this count to make up for the missing skill points, however, you still may need extra herbs which are not counted for in this article.

Classic and TBC (1-350)

Alchemy Trainers

Classic Trainers (1-300)

TBC Alchemy Trainers (300-350)

• Alliance: Alchemist Gribble in Hellfire Peninsula.
• Horde: Apothecary Antonivich in Hellfire Peninsula.
• Both factions can learn it from Lorokeem in Shattrath City.

WotLK Classic Trainers (300-450)

Both factions can learn it from Linzy Blackbolt at Dalaran.

  65x Minor Healing Potion – 65 Peacebloom, 65 Silverleaf, 65 Empty VialYou’ll need these later, so keep all of them.

Journeyman Alchemy

Visit your trainer to learn Journeyman Alchemy. (Requires character level 10)

Visit your trainer to learn Expert Alchemy. (Requires level 20)

  20x Lesser Mana Potion – 20 Mageroyal, 20 Stranglekelp, 20 Empty VialThis recipe will be yellow for the last 10 points, so you might have to make a few extra.Make Fire Oil if you don’t have Stranglekelp or if Firefin Snapper is cheap. You could also continue to make more Healing Potion.

  35x Greater Healing Potion – 35 Liferoot, 35 Kingsblood, 35 Leaded Vial if you made Fire Oil, you could use it to make Elixir of Firepower

  30x Elixir of Agility – 30 Stranglekelp, 30 Goldthorn, 30 Leaded VialIf you don’t have that many Goldthorn, make Mana Potion or Lesser Invisibility Potion up to around 195.If you don’t have any Goldthorn at all, you can make Nature Protection Potion between 190-215Recipe: Nature Protection Potion is sold by these vendors. It’s a limited supply item, so it can take a while to respawn when someone else purchases the recipe before you.

• Horde: Apothecary Antonivich in Hellfire Peninsula at Thrallmar. He is inside the tower. /way 52.2 36.4

At Alchemy skill level 325 and personal level 68, you will be able to start a quest to learn one of 3 specializations: Potion master, Elixir Master, or Transmutation master
